About 2 years ago, I switched my development to a single monitor using a large 4K TV as suggested in this article. The seem between multiple monitors was never optimal and a single big monitor is very flexible to setup w/ different work styles based on what you are doing. I find it better and these 4K TVs are very cheap and good enough.
